Why it matters

Most AI work stalls in the same spot. Someone runs a trial, it demos well, everyone agrees it's impressive, and then it never becomes part of how the work gets done. The tool ends up sitting beside the job instead of doing any of it.

The version that survives is narrower and much less exciting. One real workflow, mapped properly, with the boring work around it automated. The finding, the checking, the chasing and the filing is where the hours actually go, and it's the part nobody wants to look at.

Common questions

What kind of jobs suit this?

Repetitive work that has a rule behind it. Quoting off a fixed price list, sorting and answering enquiries, chasing follow-ups, pulling numbers out of documents, keeping two systems in step.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

It will, sometimes. That's why the approval step exists and why every run is logged. We tune it against the cases it got wrong, and those become tests it has to keep passing.

Do we need to be technical?

No. You need to know the job well enough to describe a bad day, and someone on the team needs to own it once it's live.
