WHITE-LABEL ®26

What this solves

You sold the work. Your team is full. Let's not turn that into a hiring crisis.

PAAK fits when the client trusts you, the opportunity is real, and production is the bottleneck: overflow, a web brief outside the team's capability, or a useful custom component that does not need to become a whole new department.

You keep the client, the credit and the relationship. PAAK handles the agreed website, custom-tool or AI-enabled build under your brand, with scope, communication, QA and handover made clear from the start. New Zealand based: you brief at your end of day and wake up to the build.

The partner model

01

SCOPE BEFORE KEYBOARDS

The brief, responsibilities, review points, exclusions and handover are agreed in writing before production begins. The awkward questions come out early, where they are cheaper.

02

WORK UNDER YOUR BRAND

No PAAK branding, direct client contact, case study or public disclosure unless you approve it. Your client relationship remains yours.

03

VISIBLE PROGRESS

You review the real build as it develops — not a weekly status deck about the build. Questions and trade-offs go straight to your nominated project lead.

04

QA, HANDOVER AND A FIX WINDOW

Responsive behaviour, key interactions, forms, metadata and agreed integrations are checked before handover, with a documented handoff and a defined post-launch window to fix anything that slipped through.

What PAAK builds

WebsitesDESIGN + BUILD

Design-and-build, or development from an approved design — depending on where your team wants the boundary.

Web toolsCALCULATORS + FLOWS

Calculators, quote flows, booking experiences, dashboards and focused client-facing functionality.

AI systemsWITH HUMAN REVIEW

Knowledge assistants, document processing, triage and focused workflow automation — with sensible guardrails and human review.

FoundationsSPEED + SEO + ACCESS

Performance, accessibility, metadata, structured data and crawlability included in the delivery standard where relevant.

A good first project

Start with one real brief.

A good first project has a defined buyer, decision-maker, outcome and deadline. PAAK will review the brief, find the gaps, recommend the cleanest delivery boundary and return a fixed scope.

Not our thing: speculative unpaid pitches, throwaway one-page or under-$3k production, mystery requirements, or work that depends on an unapproved client relationship.
